Full-stack marketing, design, and web development generalist (high-growth role)

About the Role
• This is a hands-on role where you’ll get direct mentorship, work across multiple creative disciplines, and grow into an independent operator who can own projects end-to-end.
• You’ll start with a 6-month trial period. If it’s a good fit, you’ll grow into a fully incorporated role with increasing independence and responsibility
What You’ll Do
• Content & Copywriting
Craft landing page copy, email sequences, and campaign messaging (with AI support when useful)
• Design & Creative
Produce visuals for web, campaigns, and events (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma)
• Web Development (Webflow)
Design and build responsive pages and flows (experience with WordPress/HTML/Framer is also valuable; Webflow training provided)
• Community Ops
Share updates and manage lightweight comms for our 700+ member Telegram group
• Digital Marketing Operations
Support funnels, tracking, and creative growth experiments
• AI Integration
Use tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Lovable, Midjourney, Runway, Nanobanana, and whatever makes our output faster and/or better
What We’re Looking For
• Strong skills in at least two of: writing, design, web development
• Experience building on serious web platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or HTML/CSS)
• Ability to write clear, concise copy in English
• Visual design ability with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Curiosity about digital marketing, conversions, and funnels
• Hands-on with AI tools and eager to experiment with new ones as they emerge
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
